Mala started cooking for church fundraisers in Birmingham. Word spread, and soon she was catering weddings and community gatherings across the Midlands.

Mala catered our wedding and the food was absolutely incredible. Every single guest asked about the pepperpot and the cook-up rice. She went above and beyond and even made a special black cake for us. Thank you so much!
